As for requirements, there are definitely not much, they’re only two and it’s very simple.

• I need to be sure that you are able to make your own layouts or atleast know a little bit of html.
• You must be able to know how to use FTP, because that will be the only access to your site you will go provided that cPanel is not an option for you.

Rules on the other hand is a bit more, but nevertheless, simple.

• There is absolutely no stealing from other sites. Which means, I should not see stolen content or uncredited ones on your page.
• Your site must be strictly rated PG-13 or below.
• Your site must be finished within 2 weeks of being accepted.
• You must link back to me at any part of your page visible.
• No one is to have your FTP acocunt information unless you email me and inform me of it.
• Hiatus should be reported to me as well, so I’d have a heads up.
• You  must update atleast once a month on your account, if I notice your long absence without being informed I will delete your site.
• There should not be any disputes between hostees over anything.
